Apartment Therapy profiled one of our beautiful, little Modern-Shed guest cottages in San Rafael, Calif.

Aimée Mazzenga took lovely photos of our client Rebecca’s 345-square-foot space, which she uses as a guest home for out-of-town visitors.

As quoted in the article, “For years, Rebecca had dreamed about building a guest house in the back of their property. Their narrow plot of land (49.5′ x 152.5′) caused challenges in the construction process, though. When they discovered Modern Shed, they realized the advantages of building a pre-fab home. Once they penciled out costs versus return, (resale value to home and possible rental value) they wondered why they didn’t do this sooner.”
